Depending on your settings the magento command will start with: php bin/magento or  bin/magento

bin/magento --help or bin/magento -h

bin/magento help

bin/magento list list all possible commands


bin/magento cron:run

bin/magento cache:clean [type] ... [type]
bin/magento cache:flush [type] ... [type]

Cleans enable caches (check cache status), it does not purge the cache storage so it does not affect other processes or applications. It is safer than flush. Flushes purge cache storages.
